How to register an account for Ohanasi Kagawa

Why do you need to register for an account?

Ohanasi Kagawa events are held using a dedicated web app.

You need to do everything from booking an event to entering the event venue in the web app.

Please be assured that your information will not be used outside of the event.

Account Registration Details

To register for an Ohanasi Kagawa account, please fill out the following form.

Create ID
The Create ID field allows you to set an ID (a series of alphanumeric characters) that you would like to use.

You can only use letters, numbers, “-” and “_”.

There is no need to memorize it, so please set your favorite ID.

It will be used to check the participation status of the event and for the operator to manage the information.

Name
We would like you to write your name.

If you do not want to write your full name, you may write only your first name.

Kanji and katakana are also acceptable, but we recommend that you write your name in alphabetical characters so that it is easier to read for people overseas.

Nicknames are not acceptable.

Email
Please set up an email to receive communication from Ohanasi Kagawa.

We recommend that you use an email address that you use frequently, as there are many emails that you may not receive when you participate in an event.

Also, please make sure that your email address does not go into your spam or promotional email folders.

If your email goes into the spam or promotion folders, please set up your own settings so that the email will be delivered to your main folder.

New Password
Please set a password that you can easily remember.

You will need it to log in to the Ohanasi Kagawa web application.

If you forget your password, you can reset it.

The password must contain both alphabetic and numeric characters, and must be between 8 and 20 characters long.

New Password Confirmation
Please re-enter the password you just set.

We ask you to enter the same password twice to prevent mistakes.

Japanese Learner or English Learner
Please choose the language you are learning.

If you are learning Japanese, please check “Japanese Learner” and if you are learning English, please check “English Learner”.

If you agree to the Terms of Use, please check the box next to “I agree to the Terms of Use.

You will not be able to register unless you agree to the Terms of Use.

Notification registration (optional)
Ohanasi Kagawa will send you periodic email notifications about upcoming events and other information that may be of interest to you and your language.

You can unsubscribe at any time if you no longer wish to receive these emails.

If you do not wish to receive email notifications, please remove the check mark.

Register
Once you have completed all the fields, please click on the Register button.

Confirmation of verification email
After you click the “Register” button, a verification email will be sent to your registered email address.

Please open the email and verify the email from Ohanasi Kagawa.

If you are able to authenticate, you will be able to log in to Ohanasi Kagawa’s web application using the email address and password you have set up.
